LOS ANGELES, December 12, 2020 – “Southern California is in the middle of a crisis that is claiming hundreds of Californians’ lives every week,” said George Greene, President & CEO of the Hospital Association of Southern California. “Now is the time for everyone who touches health care to come together with a common goal: preventing workforce stoppages that could reduce the ability to care for people in need of critical services.”
LOS ANGELES, December 7, 2020 – Our hospitals and frontline health care workers are stretched to the limit, working tirelessly and selflessly for nearly a year to care for those battling COVID-19. This pandemic is once again surging and is expected to be worse than ever at a time when supplies remain hard to come by, and when hospital workers are physically and mentally drained.
As we approach the holidays and with COVID-19 cases on the rise, this social media toolkit aims to increase awareness of public health guidelines over the holiday season. It’s more important than ever to not let our guard down and to stay vigilant.
