Geared toward non-certified beginning interviewers in the MSI
program, an Orange County financial assistance program, this
full-day training program focuses on contract obligations and
completion of the basic application process. Staff will
discuss basic interviewing techniques, clarification requests,
application tracking, and a basic overview of all MSI
procedures.
