The Case Management Transformation Initiative (CMTI) powered by Marsh is a nine-month educational program that combines Marsh’s case managemenrt consulting practice with HASC’s proven collaborative model of performance improvement. Together, we provide hospitals with in-person support, education and networking that leads to accelerated change. Use the CMTI program to:
