Faculty
Ana Gonzalez is founding principal, president and chief executive officer of Diversified Healthcare Resources (DHR). Ana has worked as a health care management executive since 1986 where she was part of Tenet Healthcare’s subsidiary company, Syndicated Office Systems (SOS), overseeing their nationwide Eligibility program, working on high-profile turnaround projects, and providing technical support to the various regions. She is also an active member of Northern California’s HFMA Chapter and is well recognized for her eligibility workshops within the community and clients.
Ana Reza is the Vice President of Patient Access Services of the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC).
Blanca Castro, manager of Provider Outreach and Education Department, CA-MMIS, brings over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of successful outreach and education efforts at local and statewide health and human services programs. She is responsible for providing overall direction for the Regional Representatives, Provider Training, and Small Provider Billing Unit.
DelLora Ellis–Gant is a human services administrator for the County of Los Angeles – Department of Public Social Services CalFresh Nutrition Program (CFNP) Section. DelLora has a history of developing and maximizing successful collaborative efforts in the CalFresh Outreach Program, working extensively with front line administration and staff to provide CalFresh policy and procedures support. She has been responsible for the expansion of many of the Department’s CalFresh outreach activities and Restaurant Meals Program.
James M. Gerson, MD, is chief of Managed Care for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services’ Healthy Way LA.
Jeff Zoukis, Director of Business Development, Western Region for ACS-Xerox, has spent over 30 years in the health care industry. He began his career at Tufts Medical Center it the clinical lab and in cytogenetic research. He has held positions in marketing, sales and business development at Hewlett-Packard, Philips Healthcare and ACS-Xerox specializing in information technology, image management and consulting services and solutions.
Moorea Warren is the Pre-Existing Insurance Program (PCIP) Outreach Coordinator at MAXIMUS.
Ryan Brebner, manager of Business Development for R&B Solutions, a national medical advocacy company, is responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining R&B Solutions in 2003, he worked as a manager for the City of Lake Forest. Mr. Brebner is an active member of HFMA, AAHAM, and NAHAM.
