The Orange County Emergency Medical Services Committee monitors policies and procedures governing the Orange County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system and recommends related policy positions to the HASC-OC Executive Board. The group also acts as a liaison with the Orange County Emergency Medical Services Agency (EMSA) and other emergency response entities to achieve effectiveness, efficiency and excellence in the Orange County EMS system. Appointees for the Orange County Emergency Medical Care Committee and the EMCC Facilities Advisory Committee are nominated to the HASC-OC Executive Board by this committee.
