The Inland Area Continuum of Care Committee identifies and addresses the state and federal regulatory, public policy and reimbursement issues impacting a provider’s ability to treat, transfer and discharge patients across the continuum of care. The committee collaborates with external resources, promotes best practices, and facilitates implementation of similar programs and policies across both counties to help enhance care quality of care across the continuum of care.For major issues impacting facilities, the committee liaisons with the CHA Continuing Care Committee. The committee seeks input from outside parties and report recommended actions through the Constituent Services Representative.
