Chair's Report

Douglas Bagley, the presiding Chair, is CEO of Riverside County Regional Medical Center. Mr. Bagley has served in the health care industry for more than 40 years, starting in various line and staff health care administrative positions before moving to executive-level and consultant positions throughout the Southern California region. He has held his current position since 2003.
